Specialization
I specialize in representing buyers and sellers in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and condos at LAKE MAXINKUCKEE (Culver, IN) and handle seasonal and weekly rentals as well. I also provide real estate services in INDIANAPOLIS. I am a member of the North Central Indiana Association of Realtors and well as the the Metropolitian Indianapolis Board of Realtors. I am very current of all transactions on Lake Maxinkuckee and the surrounding area. My wife, Emily Sturman, has been a teacher at Park Tudor School for over 40 years. I have been involved in the investment, sales and leasing of residential real estate in both markets for over 30 years. Further, I hold a real estate license in Florida and can provide referral and consulting services in Naples, FL. I provide candid educated advise on buying and selling property at Lake Maxinkuckee. Personal
I am an Indiana native, resident of Culver and have spent summers at Lake Maxinkuckee my entire life. My grandchildren represent the fifth generation of Sturmans on the lake! My achievements include being an Eagle scout and I was involved in the Boy Scouts as an adult leader. I graduated from Culver Academies Summer School, Park Tudor School and Hillsdale College with a dual degree in business and marketing. I serve on the boards of the Lake Maxinkuckee Association and the Lake Maxinkuckee Enviromental Fund. I am a member of Second Presbyterian Church and Woodstock Club and the Maxinkuckee Country Club. I have been an adminstrator and sponsor of the "Lakefest" five mile run for over 20 years. I take great pride in dealing ethically and honestly in all real estate transations. | |
